About me
I am a software developer, living in Beijing, P.R.China. My career started since 2006 in Microsoft, working in Windows, Lync/Skype, Shared Data, then Bing Ads. I left Microsoft at May 2020.
Starting from December 2022 I became an independent developer focuses on indie game development. My current on-going project is Tsetseg’s Adventure in Steam. Welcome to download and have a try on demo.
I like writing code. In my career I flipped my role between a developer and a tech lead, focus on building software by hand. Even when I was a manager without much time for coding, I managed to maintain tools to help team members. I use Go and Python as my primary programming languages. I also maintains a Hadoop cluster with 200+ machines.
Open Source is my passion. I am a contributor of Microsoft Bond project. I porting C++ Bond to clang on iOS and Mac. I also proposed a Java binding for Bond written in Kotlin. Though my proposal was rejected by Bond team, I kept my prototype project anyway as a hobby project.
I am not a fan of Microsoft technology for years until 2019, that I find DotNet Core is a handy tool which works in a way I like. So happy to learn again.
